Marisa Franklin, Co-Owner & Executive Director
Marisa brings over 13 years of extensive experience in the home care industry, dedicating her career to serving seniors and their families with compassion and excellence. She began her journey as a Community Liaison, excelling in relationship-building and marketing initiatives across Clear Lake and the surrounding areas. Through her dedication and expertise, she has successfully taken on various leadership roles, including Office Manager, Care Coordinator, Alternate Administrator, and Director of Operations.
Her passion for improving the lives of others has been the driving force behind her success, and she finds deep fulfillment in making a meaningful difference in the community. Marisa attributes her achievements to God’s guidance and the unwavering support of those who have believed in her, especially Michael and Terri Divine, to whom she is forever grateful.
When she’s not working, Marisa cherishes time with her husband, children, and their three beloved dogs. She has a love for traveling, always seeking new experiences and creating lasting memories. Faith is at the center of her life, shaping both her personal and professional journey.
Molly Holland, Director of Operations
Molly Holland is the Director of Operations at FaithBridge Caregivers, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. She first joined the agency as a caregiver, and through her unwavering dedication, hard work, and passion for serving others, she quickly advanced through the ranks. Her commitment to excellence and compassionate leadership have made her an invaluable part of the FaithBridge team.
Beyond her professional role, Molly is a devoted mother to her two children, always striving to provide them with love, guidance, and support. When she is not working, she dedicates herself to her faith, living a life centered on God’s purpose and grace. Molly’s journey with FaithBridge is a testament to her perseverance, integrity, and heart for caregiving.
L'Brigite Snyder, Community Liaison
L'Brigitte Snyder has been dedicated to caring for others since childhood. Her journey in elder care began in upstate New York, where she visited her grandmother in a nursing home. Even at just four years old, she found joy in greeting residents, bringing smiles to their faces. This early experience shaped her lifelong passion for working with seniors.
After graduating from CNA school in 2007, L'Brigitte continued her mission of making a difference in people’s lives. With a deep respect for the wisdom and stories of the elderly, she believes in the power of human connection and the importance of bringing joy to others. Her strong spiritual beliefs guide her, and she firmly believes she is exactly where she is meant to be—helping families find the best care for their loved ones.
Outside of work, L'Brigitte enjoys spending time at the racetrack and is a proud member of the Jockey Club. She has a love for cooking, baking, and fishing at the Texas City Dike—though not as often as she’d like. Family is important to her, and she treasures time with her mom, who is originally from France. Born in New York but "made in Paris," L'Brigitte carries a unique blend of cultures and experiences that enrich her interactions with everyone she meets.
